Refund policy
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
Our return policy period lasts 7 days from the day you receive your product. Unfortunately, if the return period has passed since the day you received your order we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your return must be postmarked before the return windows end or your return will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in new condition, unworn, undamaged, and free of stains, odor, fragrance, hair, etc... Oil ontainers must have the same amount of oil in the container as when it was shipped to you. Items that do not fit this description will not be exchanged or refunded.

If a return or exchange is approved the customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Within your return, please include a note with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation.
